<br />~~gan <br /> <br />: ~F~nance Director <br /> <br />il' <br />'-1.; <br />~. <br />ft..: <br /> <br />J-ij, <br /> <br />~, ._" -... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />.,' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />85-57 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION FOR JIM SKIBA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, New Brighton enjoys a reputation as <br />having one of the finest park systems in the area, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development and maintenance of the <br />system is dependent on the efforts of dedicated main- <br />tenance employees, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim Skiba was the first employee in the <br />Parks Department, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim's efforts and dedication greatly <br />assisted the development and continuing maintenance <br />of a high quality system, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jim has decided to retire from city <br />service, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the New <br />Brighton Park Board and City Council do commend and <br />thank Jim Skiba for his 19 years of work on behalf of <br />the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Adopted by the New Brighton City Council this 11th day <br />of June, 1985. <br /> <br />0./~] ..'
