I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary plat has been made I <br />by Edwin Taylor; and I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.~-49 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OR RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />l. That an application for a preliminary plat was filed <br />with the City on March 29, 1985. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on May 21, 1985, <br />all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That the application for PUD approval was reviewed by the <br />City Council on May 28. 1985 and that the comments and <br />analysis of Staff and the Planning Commission minutes and <br />recommendations were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the <br />following Findings of Fact are made in respect to PL-l40: <br /> <br />That the property is zoned 1-1, light industrial. <br />That the property is 9.7 acres in size located south of I <br />Highway 96, north of Lowy Enterprises, east of Old Hi9hWayl <br />8 and west of I-35W. <br />That the site is presently made up of five parcels, now <br />all under the control of the appl i cant. <br />That the preliminary plat meets the subdivision require- <br />ments of Chapter 26 of the City Code. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application PL-l40 is and <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1 . <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />l' <br /> <br />l. That the plat be titled as a First Addition. <br />2. That the legal description of the proposed new lots be <br />indicated by lot and block of a specified subdivision. <br />3.
