<br />II- <br />i ,( <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />.! <br /> <br />I' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 85-40 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RM1SEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING SP-120 FOR THE <br />RELOCATION OF A HOUSE INTO NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a special use permit was filed <br />with the City on March 4, 1985. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published <br />and mailed notices, held a public hearing on March 19, <br />1985, all person's present at the hearing were given <br />an opportunity to be heard. <br />3. That the Planning Commission continued the public <br />hearing on March 19, 1985 to April 16, 1985. I <br />4. That the application for special use permit was reviewed I <br />by the City Council on April 23,1985 and that the I'" <br />comments and analysis of Staff and the Planning <br />Commission minutes were considered.~_ <br /> <br />;; <br />;; <br /> <br />:1 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the New Brighton City <br />Council that the following Findings of Fact are made in respect <br />to SP-120: <br /> <br />:! <br /> <br />.' <br />i, <br /> <br />1. That the lot on which the house is to be located is <br />consistent with the R-l lot size requirements. <br />2. That the proposed location of the house on the lot is <br />consistent with the R-l zoning requirements. <br />3. That the relocation of the house is consistent with the <br />special use standards in Section 8-130 of the City Code. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application SP-120 is and <br />hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That a final grading and drainage plan be submitted <br />to the City Engineer for reivew and approval prior <br />to any construction. <br />That the required permits be obtained from the New <br />Brighton Police Department to move a house along City <br />streets. <br />Subject to the approved landscape plan as signed by the <br />applcant and City Planner. <br />That all site improvements be completed within 60 days <br />of the placement of the house on the lot. <br />That a landscaped planting island be created in the <br />driveway. <br /> <br />1 . <br />I <br />2 . <br />3 . <br />4. <br />5. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of April, 1985. <br /> <br /> <br />.'
