<br />COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and .published notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the New Brighton City Council was held at 8 p.m., Tuesday, <br />October 12, 1976, in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, <br />80~ 5th Avenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota <br />Present: Mayor Gayle C. Bromander, Councilmen Gene Fisher, Paul <br />Hardt, Jim Senden, Fritz Werdouschegg <br />Also <br />Present, Thomas F. Lewcock, City Manager; Donald L.ILais, City <br />Attorney; James J. Kleinsehmidt, Director of Public Works; <br />Vernon C.
