Final grading and drainage plans being approved by Rice <br />Creek Watershed District and City Engineer;. <br />Z. Variance, VN-236, approval for reduced front and rear <br />building setbacks. <br />3. Development of a landscape plan along the entire 5th Street NW <br />frontage, to be installed as part of the construction of the <br />first phase. <br />4. Maintenance of that portion of the site which will remain <br />unused until the second phase construction. <br />5. Conformance with site and landscape plans as signed and <br />dated by applicant and City Planner. <br />Motion to waive the reading and adopt the attached RESOLUTION MAKING <br />FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF VN-236 to allow for less <br />than the required front and rear yard setbacks. <br />Brenda A.
