PARK BOARD MINUTES <br />~IEDNESDA.Y, MAY 10, 1978 <br />I. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 by Chairperson <br />Gunderman. <br />II. Members present: Carlson, Dahl, Grimshaw, Gunderman, <br />Johnson, Kern, ~?estling. .Members absent; Cook, Olson <br />III. Minutes of April 5, 1978 meeting were approved as submitted.. <br />IV. Correspondence from the windward Terrace Homeowners Assn <br />was accepted. <br />V. Staff informed the Board that the Long Lake Park Plan was <br />at Rs.msey County awaiting action prior to being sent on <br />to Metro Council. The progress of the 1978 Capital Improve- <br />ment Budget was reviewed by staff. <br />VI. Staff informed the Board of a landscape nursery being <br />developed in cooperation with other Ramsey County suburbs. <br />Plans for upgrading the Highview athletic field, by the <br />school district were reviewed. A 1979-1983 CIP was dis- <br />cussed.
