Gelder seconded. :Electing ballot cast. Selden nomin~ ted Hage~raeyTer Treasurer of the Board. Gunderman r~.av'ed nominations cease. aelden seconded. Electing ballot cast, Hagemeyer nominated Gelder Vice Chairman of the Board, Gunderman moved nomi- nations cease. Hagemeyer seconded. Electing ballot cast, Gunderman moved we contact V3.11age Clerk for a list of available persannel that may be employed as Parr Board secretary. Compensation to be negotiated, Selden seconded - passed. Due to the fact that the 19b3 Park BoC.~rd ir< unable to acquire the 19b2 Park Board P~ecords, it is is~possible to ma'~e a 1862 financial report which is due .in ~'anuary of 1963. This is required by the Grdinance. A communication is to be sent to Mayor Sweezo requesting these financial records. .lt was suggested that Hagemeyer confer with Village Clerk as td iah.ere Park. Board money h=is originated from and the number of houses which have been subjected to `~25.UU per house fee." Hr~:~.emeyer will consult with Village Clerk as to organizing 'the ,edger si.r_ce there is ~,.oney to be used for only purchase of land while other money wi1.1 be used for operutianal expenses. A letter is to be sent to the Village Attorney requesting the ir.~mediate status of negotiations with the Highway Department on the sale of Village 1'rope_rty at Dong i,ake Beach area. Park Board wishes to contest the amount the Highway Department has offered to pay for said property.
