Long Lake Surface Use Ordinance <br />Motion by Carlson, seconded by Dahl, to <br />recommend the o`rs~'nance to the City Council. <br />Motion passed.. <br />C. Discussion of New Brighton Composting and <br />Garden Sites <br />Motion by Van Hatten, seconded by Olson.., <br />to approve the compost site at the old <br />gravel pit location in Innsbruck North. <br />Motion passed. <br />Motion by Van Hatters, seconded by Dahl, to. <br />approve the community garden sites near"_ <br />Hansen Park. _ Motion passed. <br />Motion by Van IIatten, seconded by Dahl, to <br />provisionally approve the community garden <br />site in the open area (intersection of Mississippi. <br />and Silver Lake Road) at Creekview Park only as <br />a back up. Motion passed. <br />The Park Board recommended that Meadow Wood-not <br />be used as a garden site, but that other non-park <br />sites within the city be considered. <br />
