RESOLUTION NO <br />07-016 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION OF THREE (3) <br />CEDAR WOOD DUCK HOUSES FROM PACK #93 <br />AS, the City appreciates the support of groups and organizations to encourage wildlife <br />and protect natural resources within parks and open spaces and <br />WHEREAS, the City is grateful for the donation of cedar wood duck houses from Pack #93; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City realizes the monetary value estimated to be $10.00 for each wood duck <br />house <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton to <br />hereby approve the resolution accepting donation of three cedar wood duck houses, <br />valued at approximately $40.00 each, from Pack #93 from St. John's for the placement <br />in any city park. <br />this 2T~ day of March, 2007. <br />Dean R.
