After lengthy discussion some changes for the
development were recommended. Some of these changes include:
*Moving the main entrance further south.
*Moving the clubhouse to the other side of the street.
*Changing the bridge across the main road.
*Changing the configuration of the holding pond so it will
curve east instead of west.
*Adding a covered area to Trammel Crow's clubhouse which
would have restroom facilities and an area to get out of
the weather and a phone for park users.
*Integrate Trammel Crow's open area with our park area and
give Trammel Crow credit toward park dedication to do this.
