Adopted this 28th_day of <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i. <br />1: <br />~ : <br />" <br />i: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has received a petition <br />requesting the upgrading of 14th Street N.W., east of 1st Avenue, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The New Brighton City Council has initiated <br />consideration of the requested. improvement to serve the <br />properties along 14th Street N.W., east of 1st Avenue and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion of cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Statutes, Sec. 429 to 429.111 <br />(laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended): <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be <br />referred to New Brighton Director of Public ~orksfor study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenien <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary way whether it should <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Febrqi;lry <br /> <br />, 1 984 <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />:1 <br />L <br />il <br />!!
