Motion <br />by Schmidt, seconded by Janecek, to approve the minutes of <br />the May 22, 1984 regular City Council meetin9 as amended, and <br />the minutes of the May 30, 1984 special City Council meeting. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes <br /> <br />The Mayor, with the consent of Councilmembers, directed <br />receipt of the minutes of the Citizen Study Committee for <br />February 29, 1984, March 28, 1984, April 17, 1984, and <br />May 13, 1984. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda items as follows: <br /> <br />1.
