<br />- , <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 659 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE: <br />ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1998 MINNESOTA STATE UNIFORM FIRE CODE WITH <br />RELATED CODES AND MATERIALS AND CHAPTER 1341 OF THE 1999 MINNESOTA <br />STATE ACCESSIBILITY CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ADMINISTRATION AND <br />ENFORCEMENT. <br /> <br />... <br />," <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of New Brighton does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1 . Section 9-30 of the New Brighton City Code entitled "Fire Prevention Code - <br />Adopted" is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 9-30. Adoption. <br /> <br />The Minnesota State Uniform Fire Code, 1998 edition, which adopts by <br />reference the 1997 edition of the Uniform Fire Code, including any amendments <br />thereto adopted by the State of Minnesota which are also required to be <br />adopted by municipalities adopting said code and also including appendices and <br />index. <br /> <br />Chapter 1341 of the Minnesota State Accessibility Code, 1999 edition, <br />including any amendments thereto adopted by the State of Minnesota, which <br />are also required to be adopted by municipalities, including appendices and <br />index. <br /> <br />2.
