<br />~ tl <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 669 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4~040 AND 4-140 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON <br />ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING LOT STANDARDS IN THE R-1 AND R~lA, SINGLE <br />F AMIL Y RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4-040 of the Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />e. TI.... floof-a1G.!Hatio \l'vithi.. th... R 1 &~h;a ~hAll Hot GXGCGd .J. <br /> <br />e. The building coverage (principal and accessory) on a lot shall not exceed 30% of the total. <br />lot area. <br /> <br />f. Total site imoervious surfaces shall not exceed 50% of the total lot area. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 4-140 ofthe Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />a. The requirements for setbacks, yards, height and building coverag.e f1.001 <<....<< Htt;v are <br />the same as the requirements in the R-l district. <br />b. The following minimum requirements for lot dimensions shall be observed: <br />L Forty (40) feet wide at front lot line and building setback line. <br />2. Five-thousand (5,000) square feet of lot area. <br />c. On lots smaller than 7.500 square feet. the building coverage (principal and accessory) on <br />a lot shall not exceed 40% of the total lot area. <br />d. On lots smaller than 7.500 SQuare feet. the total site impervious surfaces shall not exceed <br />55% of the total lot area. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on the day following its publication. <br />
