I I I I I I I I I 1: RESOLUTION NO. 83-23 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RA~1SEY CITY OF N8~ BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NHI BRIGHTON (generally west of Long Lake, east of 14th Street N.W., and south of 15th Street extended. WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL 1. Lots 19, 20 and 21, Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, according to the plat or map on file with the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to easements of record, if any. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be fil ed, and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be 'met; and I" i\ I ~ Ie 11 , < !
