<br />..' <br />T <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />i ( <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 676 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-600 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON <br />ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS FOR <br />WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION TOWERS & ANTENNA <br /> <br />'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4-600.(d) ofthe Zoning Code of the City of New Brighton, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(d) Special Use Permit: Wireless telecommunication towers/antenna shall be subiect <br />to approval of a special use permit. A special use permit shall be considered <br />provided it is determined that the location and size of the use and type of <br />operation involved therein shall not be injurious to the public health, safety, <br />convenience, or general welfare, and shall not injure or adversely affect the <br />adjacent area or property values. As a condition of approval. the City <br />must be orovided with a licensed professional engineer's certification that the <br />tower is desil;med to collaose or fail within a distance or zone shorter than the <br />required setback distance as determined bv the height of the structure or <br />telecommunication tower (Section 4-600.b.l)' <br /> <br />Section 2.
