That the request for relocation to a temporary site was , <br />filed with the City of New Brighton on November 22, 1982.' <br />2. That such request was reviewed by the City Council on <br />November 23, 1982. <br />3. The written comments and analysis of the city staff were <br />considered. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />!j <br /> <br />NO~THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to the <br />temporary relocation: <br /> <br />1. That the building in question isa historic ra'ilroact <br />depot'own~d bya ci~ic 6rganizatton the New Brighton <br />Historic Society; <br />2. That if the historicbuildinq is not relocated, the <br />historic buildinq would be destroyed; . I <br />3. That Secti,on 8-010 of the ;\lewBrightron Zoning Code allows: <br />the Counci 1 to wa.ive the requirements of Section 8-630, : <br />Building Relocation; <br />4. That the request is temporary in nature and that the <br />fJerrnanent relocation will be orD'cessed accordina to <br />~ection 8-630 6f ~he zoning code; . . <br />5. That the potential sites at the Bel Lumber and Pole <br />Com pan y 0 r [J & T T r UG k.i n gar e ,zp n e din d u s t ria 1; and <br />6. That the tempor~ry relocation of the depot on either <br />site ItJ i 11 not adversely affect the character of the <br />neiqhborhcod nor have any affect on the comfort and <br />enj6yment of those properties. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the request fo~ temporary , <br />relocation is hereby aporoved subject. to the following conditions~ <br /> <br />1. That a building relocation permit be obtained from th2 <br />Building Official; <br />2. That the buildino be secu~ed with all windows and doors <br />securerl and aoproved by the Building Official; <br />3. That the City Planner approve the specific site for the <br />relocation; <br />4. That no one will be using the building nor working on <br />the exterior or interior of said building; <br />5.
