The following Councilmembers were present: Mayor Gregg Harcus, Councilmerobers Bob Benke, Roger Blomquist, Jeanette Janecek, Steve Schmidt and the fOllowing were absent: None *** *** *** Councilmember Schmidt introduced the following resolution, and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2643 RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ON THE ADOPTION OF A TAX INCRE- MENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the .council") of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota (the "City"), as fol- lows: Section 1. public Hearing. This Council shall meet on Tuesday, November 23, 1982, at 7: 45 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the fallowing matters: (a) the establishment by the Ci ty of proposed Tax Increment Distr ict No. 4 wi thin Development District No. l, and (b) the adoption and ap- proval of a proposed Tax I'ncrement Financing Plan for Tax Increment District No.4, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 273.71 to 273.78, inclu- sive, as amended. Section 2. Notice of Hear int; Filing of Plans.
