<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND ADDITION OF SECURITIES ASSIGNED TO CITY
<br />OF NEW BRIGHTON PUBLIC DEPOSITORY.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS designation of the First Stat,~ Bank of New Brighton as depository
<br />of the public funds of the City of New Brighton has heretofore been authorized,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS in consideration of its designation as depository of public funds
<br />of the City of New Brighton, the First State Bank of New Brighton executed
<br />an agreement approved by the City Council :of New Brighton by Resolution No.
<br />2590 which assigned, transferred and set qver to said City certain securities
<br />of the total market value of $3,305,000.Oq.
