<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2621 <br /> <br />I <br />l <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM UTILITY FUND RESERVE TO <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #78-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton entered into a joint powers <br />agreement with Ramsey County for upgrading Old Highway #8 from <br />2nd Street NW to 6th Street SW, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the old Highway #8 upgrading project is completed <br />and the City of New Brighton has paid Ramsey County $3,806.00 <br />for water system improvements performed by the County's contracto <br />:1 as provided for in the joint powers agreement, and <br />ii <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the $3,806.00 for water system improvements was <br />charged to City Improvement Project Account #78-~. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $4,224.66 ($3,806.00 plus <br />11% interest) be transferred from the unallocated utility fund <br />reserve to Improvement Project #78-1 <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of Auqust <br /> <br />, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />h-. ~ <br /> <br />Forne , Manager <br /> <br />J <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />Acting City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL L~.~---" <br /> <br />:- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />e <br />- -,~",~ <br /> <br />--.: <br /> <br />.--. <br />~, <br /> <br />....-.. - ~', .,"~. <br /> <br />-" <br /> <br />',' <br />
