""",:~~':~,J.Jr,' .'w RESOLUTION NO · 2615 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW B~IGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION aF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally l~cated east of Long Lake Road, West of 12th Avenue NW and South Df 13th Street NW) WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL 1: The South 187 feet of that part of the NWi of the sw 1 North~asterly of the centerline of Long Lake Road including half of vacated street all in Section 20, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to Avenue and Road. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- divisions can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provide for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, the City Council ha~ determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED 'by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council app~oves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: TRACT ft.: The North 102 feet of the South 187 feet of that part of the NWi. of the SWi of Section 20, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying Northeasterly of the center line of Long Road.
