~ ,I t -"-" ~ RESOLUTION NO. 2612 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally located south of 8th street NW and east of 2nd Avenue NW) WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been reauested to sub- divide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL 1: Lot 26, Block 6, Second addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, MIHNESOTA PARCEL 2: Lot 27, Block 6, Second addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, MIMNESOTA PARCEL 3: Lot 28, Block 6, Second addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, MlbTNESOTA WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- divisions can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met7 and WHEREAS ~he city Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NCW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: PARCEL A: Lot 28 and the north 20.00 feet of Lot 27, all in Block 6, Second addition to New Brighton, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. PARCEL B: Lot 26, and that part of Lot 27 lying south of the north 20.00 feet thereof, all in Block 6, Second addition to New Brighton, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
