<br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF HRA ASSETS AND HODIFYING
<br />THE 1982 LIQUOR OPERATION FUND BUDGET.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the city Council, on the 22nd day of December, 1981,
<br />passed Resolution #2543 dissolving [the BRA, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the city Council on the 22nd day of December, 1981
<br />passed Resolution #2556 authorizing the City Manager to transfer
<br />all real and personal assets of the HRA to the City of New Brighto ,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the City Manager has transfered the cash assets of I
<br />the defunct HRA in the amount of $136,100 to the Municipal Develop
<br />ment Fund #450, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the City Council hasdeterrrtined the.t$60,000 of the
<br />$136,100 in the Municipal Development Fund be trartsfered to the
<br />Liquor Operation Fund for reimbursezrtlent for the purchase of the
<br />proposed north-end fire station site, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the City Council has determined that the Liquor store
<br />needs approximately $15,000, for various'capital improvements, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the City Council has furthermore determined that
<br />the Municipal Development Fund should transfer an additional
<br />$41,000 to the General Fund to payoff a loan from that Fund,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ~hat the following transfers out
<br />of the Municipal Development Fund to the 1982 Liquor Operation
<br />, I
