<br />., <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 715 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE <br />CITY CODE RELATING TO THE LICENSING OF <br />RENTAL HOUSING. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The New Brighton City Code Chapter 13, Article 3 is amended by adding a <br />new Section 13-166 as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 13-166. Recycling Services Required. <br /> <br />Owners of multiple dwellings licensed under this Article must provide <br />recycling collection services to all residents of the dwelling. Such collection <br />services must include acceptance of all materials designated as recyclable <br />under Code Section 11-1, paragraph (12). Licensees must ensure that all <br />recyclables are delivered to a recycling facility for the purpose of recycling. <br />Licensees must provide information regarding recycling collection services <br />as required by the City sanitarian. <br /> <br />This Enactment is in effect from and after the date following its publication. <br /> <br />'.
