<br />",-"4 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 2%0 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CO U N T V 0 F R Ar4 S E V <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />"-"",;.,, <br /> <br />..>' -r- <br /> <br />.J' ,.~~,'~'~'- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NON-CONSERVATION CLASSIFICATION AND <br />SALE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT LAND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey <br />County by resolution dated October 5, 1981, Classified as non- <br />conservation land, certain land lying within the limits of the <br />City of New Brighton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution <br />together with a list of the lands classified has been submitted <br />for approval of the classification and sale of the land <br />classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282. 01, sub.l; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the non-conservation classification and sale <br />of the following listed tax forfeit property is hereby approved; <br /> <br />PROPERTY LOCATIONS AND CODE NUMBERS <br /> <br />1 .} Lake Bottom property on t1est side of <br />Long Lake south of 14th Avenue N.W. <br />(63-02000-090~31) <br /> <br />2.) Land locked parcel on 23rd Avenue N.W. <br />Lot 8, Block 1 Packer1s Addition to <br />Mpls. stockyards.
