<br />"".' <br /> <br />~",........ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 726 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PARKING AT MULTIPLE FAMILY <br />HOUSING; AMENDING CITY ZONING CODE SECTION <br />4-490, PARAGRAPH 5(a). <br /> <br />HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the Zoning Cbde of <br />e City of New Brighton, Minnesota is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Section 1. <br />llows: <br /> <br />Section 4-490, paragraph 5(a) of the City Zoning Code is amended as <br /> <br />Detached garages shall be prohibited. Underground or attached parking shall be <br />required at a ratio of one space per dwelling unit. Such parking shall be in fully enclosed <br />buildings of a building type. material and color that is compatible with the princi-ple <br />structure.
