H ed generally north of 1-694, south of County Road "H", east of <br />n Stinson Blvd. and west of Long Lake; and <br />t', <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />;j <br />, WHEREAS, the procedural histdry of the a~plication is as <br />il follows : <br />'ll <br />,: 1. Tha t the Ci ty Counci 1 adopted the New Bri ghton Comprehen- <br />H sive Plan on January 27,1981; <br />11 2. That the City Council adopted Ordinance #482 amending the <br />.' New Brighton Zoning Code on August 20, 1981; <br />i! 3. That the City Council initiated on September 22,1981 the <br />Ii rezonings of those properties presently zoned in conflict <br />li,~:,:" with the Comprehensive Plan located within "Group I". <br />4. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on October 1, 1981, <br />I,!I.' all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />'l opportunity to be heard. <br />11 5. That such application was reviewed by the City Council on <br />;1 0 c t 0 b e r 1 3,1981 . <br />j; 6 . The w r i t t e nc 0 m men t s and a n a 1 y s i s of the city staff, the <br />I' Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />11 con sid ere d . <br />1- <br />, ~ <br />ili <br />~i <br />! <br />is <br />,. <br />~ ; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to the I <br />Comprehensive Rezonings: <br /> <br />Ii 1. That the Comprehensive Plan as adopted by the City Council <br />II documents the long range planni ng for the City, and <br />describes objectives, guidelines, and basic pOlicies to <br />guide the development of the community. <br />2. That the proposed rezonings are consistent with the <br />Comprehensi~e Plan. <br />3.
