An application for a preliminary plat entitled PL-12 <br />has been made by Keith Harstad to create fourteen (14) single <br />family lots generally located south of Innsbruck Drive and east <br />of the New Brighton/Fridley border. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application <br />follows: <br /> <br />is as <br /> <br />1. That an application for preliminary plat, PL-127 was filed <br />with the City of New Brighton on July 21, 1981. <br />2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />Planning Commission Board of Review on August 18, 1981. <br />3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br />notices, held a public hearing on September 8. 1981 l all <br />person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity <br />to be heard. <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, the <br />Planning Commission minutes and recommendations were <br />considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Bfighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to PL.127: <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family. <br />2. That the preliminjiry plat meets all subdi;vision requirements. <br />of Chapter 26 of. theei ty Codes andaJl .zoning code <br />requirements in regard to lot ~izes a~d ~idth; and <br />3. That the proposed subdivision is consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Pla:n and surrounding s.ubd,ivis.ions. <br /> <br />1. That final grading and drainage plans be approved by <br />R.C.W.D. and City Engineer; <br />2. That final house elevations correspond with said grading <br />and drainage plans and be enforced by City Building <br />Offi cial; <br />3.
