AND 16TH AVENUE S.W. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 29 of the New Brighton City Code states <br />that the City Council shall designate stop streets by resolution, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 8th Street N.W. between 8th Avenue N.W. and 11th <br />Avenue N.W. has been constructed to municipal state aid street <br />standards and 16th Street S.W. has been constructed through <br />to Silver Lane, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these two streets will serve as main streets and <br />the following side streets entefing thereon should be stop <br />streets for safety and u~'iformity:re~sons. <br /> <br />A. On 9th Avenue N.W. at 8th Street N.W. (one stop sign) <br />B. On 9A Avenue N.W.,at 8th Street N.W.(one stop sign) <br />C. On 11th Avenue 'N-.W. at 8th Street N.W. (two stop signs) <br />D.
