I I \ I .I " !l Ii :1 II II r RESOLUTION NO 2480 .~i STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: PARCEL 1 The East 200 feet of the West 670 feet of the North ~ of the South .~. of the Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~, Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, EXCEPT the East 125 feet, of the South 175 feet thereof and EXCEPT that part thereof lying Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the South line of said North ~ of the South ~ of the Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of Section 29, Township 30 N, Range 23 West, 513 feet Easterly of ~he Southwest corner of the North ~ of the South ~ of the Southeast .~ of th,e S'outhwest ~ of said SecSion 29, said South line having assHmed.bearing of East; thence North 8 44' West 168 feet; thence North 22 28' West, 88 feet; thence North 49 21 I West, 180 feet and there terminating. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, The Ci ty Council has determined that such criteri a has been met.
