ALSO <br /> <br />That part 'of the Westerly 470 feet of the 'North ~'of the South ~ of the <br />Southeast ~ of the Southw~st ~ of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23~ <br />lying Easterly of the following described line COl1lll1enting at a point on <br />the South line of said North ~ of the S6uth'~ of the Northeast ~ of the <br />Southwest ~ of Section 29, Township 30 N~ Range 23 West, 513 feet <br />Westerly of the Southwest corner of the North ~ of the South ~ of the <br />Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of said Section 29, Township 30, Range 30, <br />said South line having an assumed bearing of East; thence North 6 44' West, <br />180 feet and there terminating. <br /> <br />Subject to first Street N.W. and subject to drainage easement over the <br />Westerly 15 feet thereof. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2 <br /> <br />The South 175.00 feet of the east 125.00 feet of the west 670.00 feet of <br />the North ~ of the South ~ of the Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~ of <br />Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Subject to eastment for First Street Northwest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for <br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Ci ty Council has determined that such criteri a has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci ty of New Brighton <br />that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into <br />parcels described as follows subject to the inclusion of a private utility <br />easement with Parcel B and the dedication of 9~ feet along County Road E <br />to Ramsey County for right-of-way: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br />That part of the West 670.00 feet of the North ~ of the South ~ of the <br />Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~, Section 29, Township 3D, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota lyin9 easterly of the following described line: Commenc- <br />ing at a point on the south line of said North ~ of the South ~, of the <br />Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~ 513.00 feet easterly of the southwest corner <br />of said North ~ of the South ~ of the Southeast ~ of the Southwest ~; said' <br />south line having an assumed bearing of East, thence North 6 degrees 44 <br />minutes West a distance of 168.00 feet; thence North 22 degrees 28 minutes <br />West a distance of 88.00 feet; thence North 49 degrees 21 minutes West a <br />di stance of 180.00 feet and sa i d 1 i ne there termi nati ng.
