<br />...~,.j - <br />~- <br />.....' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2478 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTIJN <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING (Diseased <br />Tree Removal) <br /> <br />Extract of minutes of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the city Council of the city of New Brighton, Minnesota was <br />held at the City Hall in said City on the 11th day of August <br />1981 at 7:30 P.M. with the following members present: <br /> <br />And the following members absent: <br /> <br />council member <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING ON DISEASED <br />TREE REMOVAL. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />1. The cost of diseased tree removal to be assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $431.90. <br /> <br />2. The city Clerk with the assistance of the city Forester <br />shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such diseased tree removal against every affected <br />lot, place or parcel of land within the city based upon the <br />number and size of diseased trees removed and shall file a copy <br />of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessments notify the council thereof. <br /> <br />4. That a public bearing on the proposed assessment be <br />set for September 8, 1981 at 7~: 35 P.M. <br /> <br />5.
