That an application for a special use permit, SP-98 was <br />filed with the City of New Brighton on May 13, 1981. <br />2. That 'such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />Planning Commission Board of Review on May 19, 1981. <br />3. That the property, is zonedR-1, Siri'gle Family, Residential; <br />2. That the property has been mined in the past and has a <br />large deposit of ,fill material; <br />3. That the excp.vation site is close in, proximity to the <br />development site and therefore reduces the hauling <br />distance; and <br />4. That the proposed route is designed to be removed from <br />re~identia1 areas and utilizes major thoroughfares of <br />County Road "E" and Silver Lake Road and should not have <br />adverse affect on those area residents and roadways. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the application SP-98 is and <br />hereby approved subject to: <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />.1981. <br /> <br />ADOPTED THIS <br /> <br />9th <br /> <br />t2r 11 ~ <br /> <br />(I <br />Roger V.
