<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
<br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIOS ON CITY PROJECTS NO. 79-10B AND 80-9
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolutions adopted by the City
<br />Council, the City Director of Public Works has pre~ared plans
<br />and specifications for curbing and surfacing on 1) 9A Avenue
<br />NW between 8th Street and 10th, Street NW, 2) 11th Av€nueNW
<br />between 8th Street and lOth, StreetNW, 3) ,8th Street NW between
<br />8th Avenue and 11th Averiue ~W, Project 79-10B, and 4) Silver
<br />Lane extention to 16th Avenue SW, Project 80-9.

<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOlVED by the City Council of the
<br />City of New Brighton, Min~esota: .
<br />
<br />1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved.
<br />2. That the City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be
<br />inserted in the official newspaper and in the
<br />Construction Bulletin advertisements for bids for
<br />construction of the above mentioned improvement
<br />projects in accordance with such approved plans
<br />and specifications. The advertisement sh~ll be
<br />published for three (3) weeks, shall specify the
<br />work to be done, shall state that the bids will
<br />be opened in the City Council Chambers at 11:00 A.M.,
<br />May 22, 1981 and considered by the City Council
<br />at 7:30 P.M., May 26, 1981, in the City Council
<br />C h a mb e r sat the City Hall and t hat no b i dsw i 11 be
<br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk
<br />and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check
<br />payable to the City of New Brighton for five percent
<br />(5%) of the amount of such bid.
