THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 8-310 of the New Brighton City Zoning Ordinance, the official map is amended to identify the following properties with a zoning designation ofMX, Mixed Use (See attached Maps): I. All properties located north ofI-694, east and south of the Long Lake Regional Park, and west of Old Highway 8, 2. All properties located north ofI-694, west ofI-3SW, east of Old Highway 8, and south of 14th Street NW. 3. Part between Old Highway 8 and 1st Ave. NW, ofthe north 450 feet of the southeast quarter ofthe northeast quarter (subject to road). Section 20, Township 30, Range 23. (PID #20-30-23-14-0001 - 1561 Old Highway 8). 4. Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly right-of-way line of butchers spur and the easterly line of Old State Trunk Highway 8-63, thence northeasterly along the easterly line of Old State Trunk Highway 8-63 200 feet, thence southeasterly at right angle 100 feet, thence southwesterly parallel with the easterly line of Old State Trunk Highway 8-63 to the northerly line of spur right- of-way, thence northwesterly to beginning. Being in the northeast quarter of Section 20, Township 30, Range 23. (PID #20-30-23-14-0004 - 1427 Old Highway 8). 5. Additional properties generally located at the intersection of Old Highway 8 and Highway 96 as legally described as fol1ows: A. Subject to Old State Trunk Highway 8-63, the south 100 feet of the north 860 feet of the west 225 feet of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 30, Range 23 (PID # 16-30-23-33-0005 - 1853 Old Highway 8).
