<br />AN ORDINANCE REVISING CHAPTER VII OF THE
<br />NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING
<br />PERIMETER SETBACKS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD)
<br />AND PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (PRD)

<br />THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. New Brighton Zoning Ordinance Chapter VII Section 7-060.g.1 (Standards for
<br />Planned Residential Development) is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />g. There shall he no height limitation for any buildings in a Planned Residential
<br />Development except that all buildings and dwelling units shall observe the following
<br />setbacks and densities:
<br />
<br />1. There shall be a minimum setback of the height of the building or twenty-five
<br />(25) feet, whichever is less, from all property lines which form the perimeter of
