BRIGHTON CODE SECTION 7.030 (a) and 7-050 (b), and deleting 7-060 (j). ,. The City Council of the City of New Brighton ordains as follows: i Section One. i New Brighton City Code, Section 7-030 Applications, paragraph (a), of the PRD Ordinance, is , hereby amended as follows: "The owner of any tract of land containing two (2) or more acres in any residential or commercial i district adiacent to a residential district may apply to the City Council for development of said tract : under a Planned residential Development as hereinafter provided.
