New Brighton City Code Chapter IS, Alticle X is amended by adding a new <br />section to read: <br /> <br />Sec. 15-219. Exclusion of certain businesses. <br /> <br />The provisions of this article X shall not apply to any business or use required to be <br />licensed as an Adult Establishment under chapter 15, article XIII of this code. <br /> <br />Section 2.
