<br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON

<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
<br />THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally south of Valley View
<br />Lane, and north of Rice Creek).
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested
<br />to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton
<br />de s c r i be d a s f 0 11 ow s :
<br />
<br />PARCEL 1: Knollwood Park No.3, the Northwest ~
<br />of Lot 36 and all of lots 37 and 38~ Ramsey
<br />County, MN.

<br />WHEREAS, States Statutes require tha~ if such property
<br />is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting
<br />ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained
<br />before such subdivisions can be filed, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code
<br />provides for subdivision of property without platting if
<br />certain criteria can be met; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such
<br />criteria has been met.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City
<br />of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the
<br />above described property into parcels described as follows:

<br />PARCEL A: The westerly ~ of Lot 36 and all of Lot 37
<br />except that part lying westerly of a line
<br />drawn from a point on the northerly line of
<br />said lot 37, lying 15.00 feet easterly of
<br />the northwesterly corner to a point on the
<br />south line of said lot 37, 5.69 feet east of
<br />the southwest corner, Knollwood Park No.3,
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota.

<br />PARCEL B: Lot 38 and all that part of lot 37 Knollwood
<br />Park No.3 lying westerly of a line drawn
<br />from a point on the northerly line of said
<br />lot 37, lying 15.00 feet easterly of the
<br />northwesterly corner to a point on the south
<br />line of said lot 37, lying 5.69 feet east of
<br />the southwest corner.
