<br />, ~" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 2344 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND SETTING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80-8, PARK PLACE <br />STORM SEWER AND RETENTION BASINS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 2339 <br />dated June 10th, 1980, a report has been prepared under the <br />direction of the City Engineer of the City of New Brighton <br />with reference to the construction of proposed improvement <br />project #80-8, Park Place storm sewer and retention basins, <br />and <br /> <br />;"i <br /> <br />WHEREAS, This feasibility report was received by the <br />City Council of the City of New Brighton on June 24th, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Council will consider the construction <br />of the proposed Improvement 80-8 in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of contiguous <br />or benefitting properties for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the installation pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statute 429.011 to 429.111 (law 1955, <br />Chapter 398 as amended at the estimated cost <br />of $76,982.00. <br /> <br />2.
