<br />,.,~~'" ,.'~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.2323 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />.'" <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minne- <br />sota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, <br />the 22nd day of April, 1980, at 8 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Senden, Councilmembers Benke, Blomquist, Janecek, Schmidt <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Blomquist <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />fOllowing written resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADJOURNING SALE OF $460,000 <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1980 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, that since no bids were received for the <br />sale of the City's General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1980, <br />the sale shall be adjourned to a special meeting which is hereby <br />called for April 28, 1980, at 6:50 o'clock P.M. at the City <br />Hall. At such time and place this Council shall consider bids <br />submitted prior to 2:30 o'clock P.M. on said date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Schmidt <br /> <br />and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Senden, Councilmembers Benke, Blomquist, Janecek, Schmidt <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
