RESOLUTION NO 2314 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of County Road "E", west of 15th Avenue NW and east of 16th Avenue NW) WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: I! P ,l 1\ WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and ~ :. :I ;i WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such criteria has been met, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: PARCEL A: I: :i ':J The South 141 feet of the West 164.2 feet of the SW ~ of Section 29, Township 30 North, Range 23 West; Subject to 16th Avenue NW and County Road "E", : ~ PARCEL B: i; The East 35,8 feet of the West 200 feet of that part of the SW ~ of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying South of the Westerly extension of the North line of Tract Y, Registered Land Survey No, 171; subject to County Road "E", ~, ~ ,.
