JiO..2. <br /> <br />.;.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR LIQUOR LICENSES FOR <br />EVENTS AT CITY OWNED FACILITIES; AMENDING NEW <br />BRIGHTON CODE SECTIONS 4-106 AND 4-112 AND ADDING <br />NEW SECTION 4-134 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br /> <br />Brighton Code of Ordinances is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4-106 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-106. Categories. <br /> <br />There shall be fOlK (4) five (5) categories of "on-sale" liquor licenses authorized to be <br />issued by the City. <br /> <br />(a) Small restaurants: Small restaurants are restaurants having an interior <br />public area of not less than fifteen hundred (1,500) square feet and not <br />more than two thousand four hundred and ninety-nine (2,499) square feet. <br /> <br />(b) Medium restaurants: Medium restaurants are restaurants having an interior <br />public area of not less than twenty-five hundred (2,500) square feet and <br />not more than four thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (4,999) square <br />feet. <br /> <br />(c) Large restaurants: Large restaurants are restaurants having an interior <br />public area of five thousand (5,000) or more square feet of interior public <br />area. <br /> <br />(d) Hotels and motels: Hotels and motels are defined in Minnesota Statutes <br />Section Chapter 340A, which have an interior public area of not less than <br />four thousand (4,000) square feet. <br /> <br />& Public oremises: Public premises are sports. convention or cultural <br />facilities owned bv the Citv. <br /> <br />CLL78491 <br />NE136-21 <br />
