It is hereby ordained: Chapter 6 of the City Code is hereby amended as follows: Article 1. In General Sec. 6-1. Definitions. Large animal: Horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, bulls and other similar sized domesticated animals. Owner: Any person owning or harboring an animal corning under the provisions of this ordinance. SUBSTANTIAL BODILY HARM: A TEMPORARY BUT SUBSTANTIAL :1 DISFIGUREMENT OR A TEMPORARY SUBSTANTIAL LOSS OR IMPAIRMENT OF THE I FUNCTIONS OF ANY BODILY MEMBER OR ORGAN, OR A FRACTURE OF ANY I BODILY MEMBER.
