Any additional exceptions to this definition shall be <br />handled on a case by case basis by the review board. <br /> <br />SECTION 9-57. Fire Department Established. A fire <br />department is hereby authorized, created, and established in <br />and for the City of New Brighton and shall be known as the <br />New Brighton Fire Department. <br /> <br />SECTION 9-58. Object and Purpose. The purpose of the <br />New Brighton F1Te Department shall be to prevent, combat and <br />extinguish fires; to preserve and protect life and property <br />which may result from Fires; to aid and rescue persons <br />injured or placed in jeopardy as a result of fires; and to <br />respond to other emergency conditions. <br /> <br />1. <br />
