CHAPTER 7 of the New Brighton City Code is hereby .! amended to rad as follows: Ii !i SECTION 7-1. Building Code. The Minnesota State Building I. Code, one copy of which is on file in the office of the City lJ Clerk of New Brighton has been adopted by ~1innesota Statute 1116.851 (1977) as a uniform building code applicable throughout I the State. The 1980 edition of the State Building Code is hereby 'adopted by reference as the building code of the City of New II B rig h ton and i n cor po rat e din t his or din an c e a s co m p 1 e tel y a s i f I set out in full. The 1980 Edition of the State Building Code I adopts by reference the following codes: 1 I' (a) 1982 Edition of the Uniform Building Code, identified as "UBC".
