An abstractors certificate showing the <br />names and addresses of all property owners <br />within six hundred (600) feet of the pro- <br />posed planned residential development. <br /> <br />SECTION II. That Section 7-080 (b), Public Hearing, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows; <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />l <br />I; <br />I" <br /> <br />b. The public hearing shall be held after <br />notice of the time and place of such hear- <br />ings has been published in the official <br />newspaper at least ten (10) days before the <br />notice to be mailed to each of the owners <br />of property within six hundred (600) feet <br />of the property for which the planned <br />residential development is requested, such <br />notl..ce. s to be mailed at least ten (10) days I <br />before the hearing, according to the <br />abstractor's certificate provided by the I <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />tl' <br /> <br />! : <br />I <br />j: <br /> <br />SECTION III. That Section 8-320, Rezoning by Petition, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />i ~ <br />Ii <br /> <br />a. The planning commission shall, upon the <br />petition of fifty (50) percent or more by <br />number of the property owners within two <br />hundred (200) feet of the property to be <br />rezoned, fix a date for a public hearing. <br />The petition shall be accompanied by an <br />abstractor's certificate sho~ing the names <br />of all property owners within three hundred <br />fifty (350) feet of the property to be <br />rezoned; and such petition and certificate <br />wh&n filed with the city clerk shall be <br />accompanied by payment of fifty dollars <br />($50.00) to defray the expenses of <br />advertising, public hearing and other <br />expenses incurred by the city in the <br />handling of said petition. <br /> <br />b.
