<br />.. <br />, , II <br />-, I <br /> <br />...;.~ ~,' <br /> <br />.....:. ~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 536 <br /> <br />;' <br />! <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />!; <br /> <br />:ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21, SECTION 2-59 OF THE CITY CODE RE- <br />:'LATING TO HOLIDAYS <br /> <br />The Council of the City of New Brighton hereby ordains: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />That Chapter 21, Section 59(a) of the New Brighton <br />City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided in this section, the <br />following holidays will be observed as paid holidays <br />for all permanent city employees: <br /> <br />New Year's Day, January 1 <br />Martin Luther King Day, the third Monday in <br />January <br />President's Day, the third Monday in February, <br />Memorial Day, the last Monday in May, <br />Independence Day, July 4, <br />Labor Day, the first Monday in September <br />Veterans Day, November 11, <br />Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in <br />November, <br />The day following Thanksgiving Day, <br />The afternoon prior to Christmas Day (half day), <br />Christmas Day, December 25, and <br />Floating holiday (half day). <br /> <br />,Section II.
