<br />The Council of the City of New Brighton does ordain as
<br />
<br />Follows:
<br />
<br />Section 1, Section 1-9. General Penalties: Continuing
<br />
<br />Violations Subdivision (a) is amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />Section 1-9 (a). Every person, firm or corporation
<br />convicted of a violation of any provision of this
<br />code shall be punished by fine not to exceed Five
<br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to
<br />exceed ninety (90) days or both.
<br />
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon
<br />passage and publication.
<br />
