' <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 401 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF t{AMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />ZONIN'G CODE tN REGARD <br /> <br />The New Brighton City Council does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />f,: <br /> <br />For all uses where automobile parking spaces are <br />provided, other than one and two family dwellings, <br />at least one (1) space per fifty (50) spaces, or <br />fraction thereof, shall be provided for the use <br />of the handicapped, and shall be identified for <br />such use in accordance with Ordinanqe No. 384.' <br />Such parking spaces shall not be less than twelve <br />(12) feet in width. Such parking spaces shall be <br />located as near as practicable to a building <br />entrance providing adequate ingress for the handi- <br />capped into the main lobby or corridor of the <br />building. A continuous, permanently defined path- <br />,way at grade shall be provided linking the parking <br />spaces to the building entrance. Such pathway <br />shall be made of concrete, asphalt paving, or <br />similar permanent material with slip-resistant <br />surface, at least forty-eight (48) inches wide <br />and with a slope not to exceed one (1) vertical <br />to twenty (20) horizontal. <br /> <br />Section II.
