Section 235:05 of the <br />lis hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />I, SECTION 235:05. Composition <br />" The Park Board shall be composed of nine (9) persons, <br />appointed by a majority vote of the Council. Of the Park Board <br />Fnembers appointed three terms shall expire on December 31, 1977, <br />jthree terms shall expire on December 31, 1978, and three terms shal <br />;lexpire on December 31, 1979. Successors to these terms shall be <br />II . <br />ilappo~nted for three year terms. The term of any Park Board <br />Ijmember shall automatically terminate when a member is no longer a <br />I'iresident of the City. A rnembermay be removed by a four-fifths <br />l(4/5) vote of the Council. Vacancies during a term shall be <br />J,~filled by the Council for the unexpired portion of their term. <br />I~embers shall hold their offices until their successors are <br />Ijappointed. and qualified. All members shall serve without <br />qcompensat~on. <br />II <br />.' <br />ii <br />B Section 2.
